Shipping, Return & Repairs

Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days of purchase, unless other shipping speeds are paid for upon purchase. 

Fjc ships monday-friday, pending holidays & always subject to change. 

Once shipped fjc is no longer liable for packages with usps - priority shipping indicates speed once scanned and sorted. 

Returns + Exchanges

Email info@fiercejewelryco.com or “contact us” tab to file a return/exchange.

Returns must be filed &  approved by fjc within 5 business days after date of delivery.

FJC only offers exchanges/store credit (no refunds) for gifted items as long as the piece meets our return policy guidelines.

Shipping fees and insurance for returned items is the responsibility of the client - fierce jewelry llc is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

FJC recommends using an insured carrier such as ups, Fedex or USPS. If you are granted a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Requirements for returns and gift exchanges,  if the returned item has been altered in any way from its original condition and or does not meet the following guidelines, Fierce Jewelry Co. LLC holds the right to deny any return at any time.

Item clearly unworn, aside from initial try on.

Has zero signs of wear or damage item(s) must be returned with all original packaging & tags attached.

If your item meets the above requirements and has been approved for return, package items securely and ship to the following address, including your full name, phone number, email address and original packing slip.

Upon receipt of approved returned item(s), we will issue a refund less the shipping charge if needed. From the day your return parcel is received by FJC, it can take approximately one week to process the funds back into your bank account. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items: unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom pieces  or gift cards. Consider all those items final sale. 

Repairs & Replacements

Misplaced One Hoop? Let us know and we’ll replace a single earring for half the price + small service charge. 

Broken Clasp or Chain? Contact us and we’re happy to help repair your gold at the lowest cost. Our pieces are made to last, but we understand things happen, especially with everyday luxury. 


Email info@fiercejewelryco.com with your full name, address and details about items that need repair (photos are encouraged).

 
Shipping + insurance fees back to FJC is client responsibility. FJC will invoice client for shipping/repair fees - invoice must be paid before process moves forward. Please allow approx. 4 weeks for all repairs (subject to change).
